LTO-NCR Unveils Online System for Driver’s License Card Requests

The Land Transportation Office-National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) has launched a fresh online system to make it easier for clients to request and track their Driver’s License Cards.

Announced by Regional Director Roque “Rox” I. Verzosa III last August 28, the new feature brings added convenience to those addressing backlogs or checking card availability.

Accessible through the LTO-NCR website, this digital tool offers two main options: Driver’s License Card Print Request at ltoncr.com/dlcardrequest and Driver’s License Online Inquiry at ltoncr.com/dlcardinquiry.

This service is specifically designed for clients who renewed or applied for their licenses at LTO-NCR offices,” Verzosa explained.

Requests and claims must be completed at the same LTO office where the transaction was processed.

This process improves card distribution, reducing delays, and confusion.

At present, the service is available at select offices, including Driver’s License Renewal Offices (DLROs) in Ali Mall, Eastwood, and Robinsons Place Manila.

Other participating locations include the Quezon City Licensing Center, the Caloocan Licensing Extension Office, and district offices in Pateros and La Loma.

Verzosa added that more locations will soon join the system to expand access for clients across the region.

The LTO-NCR is dedicated to broadening this service so more people can benefit from the ease of accessing their Driver’s License Cards online,” he shared.

This online system is part of LTO-NCR’s efforts to modernize its services and improve customer satisfaction.

By enabling online access, the agency aims to reduce waiting times, eliminate guesswork, and offer a more convenient experience.

The new process also helps the agency address existing backlogs while providing a clear and structured solution.

With more offices expected to join soon, this update promises to set a new benchmark in public service delivery.

“This system highlights our commitment to using technology to create better services for the public,” Verzosa said.

Clients can now visit the LTO-NCR website to check their card status or request a print for backlogged cards.

This improvement is a step forward in creating a more user-friendly and efficient experience for everyone. [LTO NCR]
