In collaboration with the YMCA of Baguio, the DOTR-CAR Regional Driver’s Education Center (RDEC) is offering a FREE 15-hour Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) for individuals seeking a Student Permit.

- PSA Birth Certificate / Valid Passport / National ID
- A valid government-issued ID with a photo and signature
- (For married female applicants) PSA/NSO Certificate of Marriage
