Why This Matters

Driving is not just about getting from Point A to Point B—it’s a skill that requires responsibility, discipline, and understanding. The DOTR-CAR and YMCA of Baguio’s project aims to foster safer roads by educating future drivers about the basics of road safety.

This free course offers a rare opportunity to receive high-quality education without financial barriers. It’s especially meaningful for younger applicants (16 and above) who may not have the resources to enroll in private driving schools.

Final Reminders

Registration will be done on-site at the venue on the event days. Remember, applicants with incomplete documents will not be accommodated, so double-check your checklist before heading out. Slots are limited, so don’t procrastinate!
